JemetiOS is the operating system for modern workshops — intake to delivery, parts to payments, all on one platform.

Every car that rolls through your gate becomes a tracked, billable, auditable job: a finite-state-machine-driven workflow from DVI to quote to delivery, a live bay floor, weighted-average inventory costing, double-entry accounting, and a customer-facing portal — wired together so nothing drifts.

This documentation is for both new and current users. It walks you through setting up your workspace, running day-to-day operations, and integrating with the public API.

What you'll find inside​

JemetiOS is built around four pillars:

  1. Jobs Engine — every piece of work is a job. A strict FSM moves it from intake → DVI → quote → approval → in-progress → QC → delivery → closed. Invalid transitions are rejected at the API.
  2. Live Bay Floor — a real-time grid of every bay, who's working on what, and progress against the quote.
  3. Photo-backed DVI — digital vehicle inspections with photos, grades, and automatic upsell rules that flow straight into the quote.
  4. Real finance — weighted-average inventory costing, per-job P&L, double-entry general ledger, trial balance, and P&L — all live.

Everything else (CRM, memberships, inventory, sales, POS, staff, payroll, accounting) is wired into the same workflow, so you get one truth about your shop instead of five different ledgers.
